Hi I'm very new to vending machines. I have just bought a Vendo that needs a bit of tweaking for our local sports club. I was hoping some of the members might talk me through any problems.
I dont mean to criticise this soon but I do find the forum colour scheme a little difficult to read, sorry about that but thanks for having me.

Re: Hi all I'm new here
Hi and thanks for offering to help. My machine is a Vendo VDI 544-08MD/545.
I think it has been set up for bottles. I have set the back stops for 4 standard 330ml cans and unlocked the 4 coloured flaps from each other.
First problem; When it does vend it throws out 2 cans at a time and many times no cans. I thought it might need reprogramming but when I press the button on the programming board nothing happens. Is the battery on the board used for programming? it looks to be a permanent fixture, What if it has gone flat?
Second problem; The machine has not been set up for the new £1 coins how can this be done (I have a few old coins to test with but many of them are rejected).
It would be a great help if these two issues could be solved, Thanks, John.
