it's accepting coins Ade, that's why I said it would be start button or cable to board

it wont be ribbon cable matt if thats at fault then coins wont go through mech at all, def not start button as the coins going through mech are not registering so start button isnt in the equasion as coins not registering for start button to become active (if that makes sense) ive had loads of coin mechs where coins go through but no credit given, and its been the mech at fault. it could be something else like credit chip in timer but i would start with coin mech first.

oh yeah sorry matt, read it wrong lol, wont be that either though as start button is powered from timer box below in base, coins arent being recognised for credit so would say faulty mech or interface box at top

haven't looked at it really, just completely dead. Think there was power out the transformer then that's it. :thumbdown:
