We have now been informed that H4H are happy for individuals to approach them if they already have existing sites that are not really interested in the commission and are happy to have it donated on their behalf. In this case they are happy for a H4H sticker to be attached to that individual site.

The are not willing to allow companies to site find for their customers using the H4H charity as a pitch or a way to further their business! The reasons they gave were that we the really did not want to get involved in any corporate sales. also they would not be donating anything from their charge for the site finding service to H4H and how would they be sure if the site finding is being pitched to the prospective outlets correctly? So you can see their point!
I think it is also worth mentioning that we have had Trading standards contact us on a few occasions where people using tubz vending products in machines and telling the sites the commission is going to charity. Trading standards require any products or services using a charity for marketing purposes to have information clearly displayed so that the end customer knows how much from their purchase is actually going to charity and details so they can check if they so wish.

This is why we have found that it is always better to approached the site and suggested to them that they can donate their commission to a charity of their choice. That way it is up to them to inform the customers how much and where the charity payments are going.
