I know I need operators licence but finding out off the local council what is required is a nightmare rough costs for adult gaming centre licence and if shop needs to be a certain category of shop or does this change when approved by council etc.

you need a gambling licence from the gambling commission personally
then you have to get the council to grant the local licence & change of use from shop to gambling ( which is a nightmare )

The gambling licence is the operators licence isnt it? I did have the impression it is quite a mission, someone from licencing is supposedly calling next week so will hopefully find out more.cranedoctor wrote:you need a gambling licence from the gambling commission personally
