Hurleys New Super pot !!!
Hi Everyone,
There seems to be few that would argue that over the past six months the tower
vending industry has gone through major change , This has come to pass because
we have taken control of our own production and thus have been able to reduce the
prices down by as much as ten pounds per box.
The other problem was the pot (ie) Having it made in Portugal and the associated
transport costs as well as the fact that anyone who has dealt with them will know
its the laungaue /time /Euro it's all very frustrating !
We have now got the perfect pot that has been manufactured for us by the a very reputable
company in the uk . I would say that we have the ultimate pot that is tight fitting /flexible
and airtight obviously its not gas flushed and will not be the same as the Sandral/Salysol
cans but quite frankly we don't need them to last for four years if you can't sell the machine
stock through within a few months you should re-site the machine anyway !
Although we have primarily had the pot made for our own use we will sell at competitive
rates to almost everyone and there will be discounts available to for large quantities and
muti pallet orders for as little as 5 pence each .
Should any of you wish to see samples and talk about prices please call me on the office
tel 02920 889979
Regards Paul

Hi Everyone,
When you say almost anyone.
Who will you not sell to.
I currently buy from Midland Vend 3000 at a time at 6p +vat.
Can you beat that and how much would delivery cost.
Thanks
Mike

The only thing I know that has come to pass is that sweetfix started an almighty price war and £10,000's have been saved by operators!!
Cheers

Re: Hurleys New Super pot !!!
Guys i think you lot are a bit out of order here, all Hulreys have said is they have a new pot that is better than there old one and they are very happy with it they are not saying there better than anyone just self promoting which is fine, no need for the sarcastic comments (especially if you are a competitor) as it just looks like sour grapes
The forum is there for anyone to advertise what they are selling, it is not a place for suppliers to make comments about other suppliers and what they are selling.
If a customer has some bad experiences then fair enough you can put your comments up, but have either of you actually bought a Hurleys pot?
I believe it was said previously that it is better to get on with promoting your own business instead of spending time running copmpetitors down.
So please can we just think before posting similar comments.

Re: Hurleys New Super pot !!!
I didn't mean the comments in sarcastic manner nor did I say them with my sweetfix brain on. I said them as an operator. I know its difficult to believe but my round is my priority as this is what pays my bills and my drivers wages!
I find it offensive for someone to say they are responsible for something they clearly are not and I would argue that all day long. The first company to have the lowest prices was sweetfix that is fact everyone had to follow so surely logic says that therefore the statement made was incorrect, whether I have nothing to with vending or I own everything in the vending world a timeline of events would show the man or woman on the street the truth. which is the statement made was in correct.
With regards to the pots I wouldn't comment because that would be my opinion and not a fact! unless i could prove my opinion with factual evidence.
I'm not running anyone down I am just stating that what was said was not true.
Cheers

Re: Hurleys New Super pot !!!
Having tight sealing lids, gas flushed, 4 year shelf life, are all advantageous. It means I can buy stock in larger quantities, better prices & lower shipping costs etc. To me holding stock is like money in the bank.
