Where is the cheapest place to bulk buy Sweets. im thinking of bags between 3-5kg.

If the bulk sweets are for packing into tubs, sometimes the pound shops are cheaper than Hancocks! eg blue raspberry bonbons are cheaper in 300g bags from the £ shops than they are in 3kg bags. I raised this with them twice but...nothing. Well worth keeping an eye on the £ shops and always handy for a spot of last minute packing when a long journey to Hancocks isn't really what you want to do.
