Vending Machines Manchester

Post by sprouty »

Hi guys after a year out of the business now looking to get back in. Based in Stockport i run a site vendingmachinesales.co.uk and although has been neglected still gets 600 hits a month and nationwide enquiries. I am looking more at Vending Machines, Westomatic etc not Snack type pringles etc and have experience in installation and maintenance. Anyone looking to bounce some ideas around in my area or anybody looking for Vending leads give me a shout i may just got one in your area . Thanks Keith

Hi Keith,

I operate snack & drinks in Birmingham and am always looking for suppliers of them. (not too sure about the westomatics though ;) ) try & use crane focus, ap studios mainly with surevend, so let me know if you come across any or any possible leads which we will pay for.

Hi just getting back into it now i used to be a Director of Tameside Vending but the company wasn`t for me in the end so decided to try on my own. That was 12 months ago and got side tracked since i also make websites so been busy with that. But missing the Cash side of the business used to have great success with Snack and Can Machines so looking at going down that route. Not sure who Lawrence and Dave Little are but may need an introduction if you would be so kind. Thanks Keith

Yes & no, I can service them but its just making time as I operate about 100 machines myself so always pretty busy. Is there much money in doing the servicing then? what would you charge 40-50 per hour?

Hi yes that much per hour is achievable as most people have not got a clue. I found if you have accounts at Darenth etc technical support is just on the end of the phone and they would talk you through most problems. My problem is i would have to set up accounts now and that takes time but once you have them Darenth sent us service leads in our area.

Yeh got account with Darenth, there machinery is very reliable must say and pretty damn easy to fix. Bloody expensive for parts though as they have a minimum order charge of £8 delivery even for a sticker.

And then the parts are expensive, did you ever get a parts discount from them?
I never really thought about the servicing part, its just the hassle chasing payments and stuff I dont like the idea of.Mind you saying all that, If you get any jobs turning up then let me know Im sure we can work something out.
