I thought if you already bought tubz vending that they would not put another machine in your sites?

FAO tubz vending

Post by Venderbase »

Come on guys, everyone that's used any form of telephone site finding server whether it's from Vending Revolution, tubz vending or Hurleys will know that the sales girls will say pretty much anything to get a site. This is what happens when you have a commission driven sales team. They want paying, so they'll lie to get sites and not care how it affects the operator.

never dealt with Vending Revolution but at least you know if you buy an ex Vending Revolution round they arent going to come after your sites and try and steal them, especially when contracts run out. tubz vending have one of them special contracts, with no expiry date, kind of makes it all in their favour, which correct me if i am wrong but isnt that illegal?

As for offers special prices etc... To gain customers that may have tried or gone elsewhere we have and are doing exactly that right at this very moment. Also other offers related to site finding as well.

I can to a extent understand your anger and yes the sites were bought and paid for but you did originally buy a business start up from us that must have a signed contract back before site finding can be done.

As i said Ade i am not hear to get into heated debates mate but as my past posts we have got great offers to gain new and old customers back whom may have tried other companies but without calling or e-mailling to ask what we have to offer you to try and get your custom we cannot help.

All the best!!!

Chris ok its not against the law but you cant send other operators into other peoples sites. If you pull a stunt on them they will pull a stunt on you and nobody wins. A pringle tower ended up next to my sweet tower in a pub my mate runs fair play thats ok it wont delute my sweet sales (i did ask my mate why he didnt ask me mind but thats my fault lol). Things could turm nasty between operators with people possably getting hurt. Its a no no.

Contracts are simple, in laymans terms any contract that is not fair and equal to both parties would not hold water in any court within the uk. One side would argue that you signed it, the other would say that they had signed under false pretences. End result contract nulled, both parties agree new contract or one pays the other to get out of the contract.

for the record,i do not run any towers you all know what i do,site finding and blue pills....only... the fact of the matter was that i have had him as a customer for maybe three yrs and its my local so i qwould know if someone farted in there.. my point was that it was my tower in there,so i sort of feel a eye needs to be kept on the site,no one in the world would ever get in there i am too well known(and liked),lol,lol....

tubz vending...sort yourself out....you either start to act in a proper way with a tad of class or this forum will be advertised everywhere and we willl make sure that the ppl you try to sell your services to will be told in no uncertain terms how you deal with ppl.......like they dont know already.....

the name of the pub cris is not even up for discussion as when the local op goes in they will know please believe me....

just a shame that tubz vending dont listen to how others see you..a real shame as everyone on the sales side that i have ever met and dealt with are sound as a pound.....
