Not yet however I would have hoped that you could trust people on here after all we are all in it together. Surely the whole idea of this is that we share experiences and tips to improve all of our businesses.

If you have been mis-sold and its a genuine gripe that you have been unable to resolve (unlike tit for tat arguements) then I feel that it should be published so that we all learn from it and then be abled to make informed decisions.

That to me is the power of this forum, I place a rider that the other side should be able to put their side though cause as we all know there is always two sides to every story!

Think still need to give guy time to resolve although 2 different communication channels have been ignored by other party. Trying 2 other channels first.

Gavin

I think you should set a timescale on it, if the person that sold it to you wants to rectify the problem he will do so before you name and shame him.

I take things like that personally (I hate feeling like I have been taken for a fool). Recently I purchased a website from a woman who was offering a good deal as she needed the money, long story short I paid her up front and only got half of what was promised, she wont answer my calls. I have now got her home address from the who is website and gonna go say hello.

I don't know what's wrong with some people, I am old school a deal is a deal and karma is a bugger.

Regards
Rob

Hi Gavin,

I would give the person a realistic date in writing for the matter to be solved, say 2.weeks. After that, put their details up.
