Vending machine on ebay which vends them.
Was wondering if anybody had any knowledge of this field?

Yes you should be ok as far as i know. The law states you can't sell tobacco through a vending machine, however there is no tobacco in an E-cig as far as i am aware.
May want to check with trading standards though and take a look at the ingredients on the E-cig.
