A customer is asking for 2x mains fed water coolers, never done them before so no idea what to charge in rental. I've seen some nice ones on eBay it's £624 for two of them including filters and install kits.
£80 per month rental seems excessive for coolers but even at that it still takes 8 months just to get my money back. Would you try to sell them the cups and put a mark up on those ?
