Does anyone know what the lowest temperature this machine can reach is?
I'm currently set to chilled snacks and the lowest I can get is 14 degrees. Is there any way of setting it lower than this?

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

No that's as low as possible I'm quite sure. However Have you checked on product configuration , can you change machine type ?

Main problem is the compressors are only designed to chill down to a certain level. You could always try and disconnect from machine temp control and wire in your own stat, but I do think your compressor size will limit you with that.

Thank you for your reply Matt, you're a fountain of knowledge as ever.

The machine setting options I have are snack, chilled snack, can, chilled can, food and outdoors.

When I set it to food the temperate is set to 4 degrees but the fan cuts out and switches the fridge off.

There is a delay to switch back on , up to 3 minutes so wait and see what happens with door shut

Also when you go to temperature you can try to adjust it using the + & - keys next to the up & down key. If that doesn't work try pushing edit when on temp setting. Then using the + & - keys.
