Polyvend - Motor Issues

Post by Snackmore »

My Polyvend 453 seems to have a problem in that two of the spirals are wrong so that product just drops out, I know on an old Harrington machine you could realign the motors and presume this is what I have to do here but have no idea how?

Help??
Steve

Remove tray. at the back where motor sits on the back of motor that is showing, you will see two plastic clips poking out of a hole. Squeeze these together with pliers and pull the spring at the same time, it will pop out allowing you to realign.

Pull the shelves toward you fully, then push back in a little while lifting upwards then just lift out. If you can reach to the back to remove connector plug before it makes it a little easier.

If you know where you are looking for clip to release spirals you can just about do it with tray in.
