New Pots Jamming HELP

Post by nivending »

Hurleys have changed their pots to a much better pot BUT it’s a few millimetre shorter than the old pot and the barrel is catching the next pot mid bend stopping the vend.

This is in a tubz vending metal barrel tower. Seems to be ok in the plastic barrel clenport tower. I’ve only tried two towers so far.

What’s the fix for this?

Thanks

oh my days ive just put a massive order in with EJ sweets as well, i have had this recently with empty pots ive been having from midland vending, the base is not wide enough, only answer is to turn pots upside down and they will vend fine but obviously labelling is then upside down. i need to contact liam at EJ sweets and find out where he getting his pots from now.

just got in touch with liam, paul ordered a load of maquinas before he sold to liam and those pots got used for orders, theres none left now and he is using a local supplier in cardiff for pots so going forward should be no issues. only answer is to vend them upside down, not ideal but it works

It's been a long and laborious process but I nearing completion of changing over all my barrels to the new single piece Clenport ones. Much less prone to jamming especially with various different pot sizes.
