Rheavendors Luce cup problem

Hi,
I have a Rheavendors Luce coffee machine which has a cup dispenser problem.
It will dispense cups if I use the test function in program mode.
But it will not dispense cups in free or normal mode, it simply pours the drink without dispensing a cup.
Also when i start the machine the display shows " cup 0.00" instead of credit 0.00.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Dont know machine unfortunately but is there a cup detector on the machine?

Just fixed it, it was indeed the cup detectors that were misaligned, thanks
