Generally speaking, are bulks worth putting on site on their own (well I say on their own but I would site in pairs) or is it only really worth it as part of a multiple machine combo?
A few years ago (prob about 5) I had around 20 machines on 10 sites in pairs (all pubs) along with various other machines and on average they used to take around £40+ per month per pair (some more some less) - is this still realistic or has the recession had an impact? I realise a LOT has changed in the past 5 yrs.
Any sites that seem to do well with these?

Any thoughts on this? - Might just have to buy a few and see how it goes.

There is a post on this somewhere, but what it says is basically no they are not, not enough profit in it after costs, also u leave yourself open to other ops going and getting towers, Pringles or toys. My opinion not saying its right but I wud site the bulk with another machine tower, Pringles or whatever.

I beg to differ.
Bulks are cheap to buy, cheap to stock and very fast to service.
You can go to an industrial estate and easily site 5-10 bulks in neighbouring units, visit them once every 3 months and within half an hour walk away with £100

Re: Bulks worth it on their own?
i have a few 4 head bulks on stand that do £60-80 a mnth in 20ps! only paid £125 for them in the 1st place so very worth it in my opinion although i do generally site them alongside my other mcs just to increase my take in my current sites and cut dwn on the fuel. if you have a 4 head bulk on stand in a site on its own doing £30 a mnth go after 3mnths and collect £90 i think thats worth it dont you?
