So im looking at holiday park leisure centre with hard flooring - guess regular 2 hourly brush up by staff would sort this - but mess issue all down to tolerance of site owner I guess

Yep spot on. They are great though, they smell delicious when cooking and once one kid sees them thats it they all want them.

i think the problem did happen at the same time, is there anything u can do to help me? i.e come and visit the mc with me if you got time? will obviously compensate ur fuel expenses.

My Fuel expenses?what about my time?? lol only joking!! If they both went together I would say 95% sure board fault Im afraid. Vendparts do board repairs or tony popcorn vending (on forum) can supply boards I think there 150-200. Funnily enough Ive got one with a board fault and I did find out that vendparts do all types of board repairs so may be worth a call.
I dont mind coming to have a look for you best bet is to ring me monday about 6 when Im in front of diary and will sort something out for you.
