technical help please

My money counter has stopped working it keeps saying feeder is blocked? cant see the problem myself...

Sorry mate I count mine by hand, I have done some research on your behalf however and would put it down to a fur ball, very common I am told!

Not being familiar with the model does it have an exhaust? If so it may be the cat thats knackered
