HOW DO YOU COPE WITH STRESS?
Seriously how do you cope with the pressures of life, work, business, families etc?
Me – I cook!
I discovered “real” cooking about 18 months ago when we where working in Cyprus, it happened by accident.
We where always having business lunches or early dinners out in Paphos, and one day I asked if I could have a meal cooked a certain way…
The next thing I know I’m in the kitchen with the chef cooking my meal!!!
So then it started --- Now I cook ALL the main meals in our house and my wife (Jo) looks after the kids snack meals etc.
Jo said to me today that the more stressed I am the better my cooking is!
So --- How do you cope with stress???

i empty a busy machine - walking away with 60 quid for 10 minutes work seems to relieve any stress i might hav had.
