I always keep the most common spares for all types of machines I have. It's just neccessary as you could be unlucky and have half a dozen breakdowns a week. However machine wise , I only carry 1 spare machine of each type. I use these to show potential clients what they look like and then they stand...

H Chris,
It was two independant shops in two different towns. I still have a third one but it's a much bigger shop and the staff just seem to be more honest.

We had two pet shops but the staff kept putting dog tags into the machines and so we had to remove them.
