Kellogg's to buy Pringles for $2.7bn
on 15/02/2012 15:08:20
Cereal maker Kellogg's is to pay US$2.7bn (€2.06bn) for crisp brand Pringles, it has emerged.
Its owner Procter & Gamble terminated a previous agreement to sell the business to Diamond Foods, which makes Emerald Nuts.
Just saw this on Eircom news, maybe the stall in the sale is what disrupted supplies for a while. One thing for sure, Kellogs will make a better job of marketing the product.
