Whats your sales pitch

Post by Vend And Glow »

Hi everyone

I don't really have too much experience as yet with approaching sites and asking to site machines although i have done it and had success(but probably down to having a unique product that sells itself).

I was just wondering how YOU approach them and what you say to them?

Also what kind of information do they like to hear, is it all about the commission for them or is anything else important to the site?

It would be nice to hear your scripts!

Thanks

Lee

I have approached businesses via twitter and facebook.. but I would really struggle with cold calling ..... because I loathe cold callers trying to sell me commodes and tena man pants ......... Im only 44 :out: To be honest I prefer to pop in and ask if its ok to leave a flyer for the manager, and ask permission to call them on the phone or call back in a day or two.

I find that less intrusive and annoying that stone cold telesales or even ambushing someone at work .

I`ll never be rich but I`ll always be happy.......... this time next year ....... I`ll have £20

guys its too easy to oversell a vending product, indroductions-company profiles- web sites etc are not generaly required to make a sale. Walk in to find the right person to talk to and show them the product. have the machines in your van if possible. If you ramble on about bo*llocks you are more likely to blow the sale
