I would appreciate any help on the following:
I have 2 pringles machines (metal barrells), and the are constantly jamming.
The reason it is jamming is that the segments above are very slightly off, which means instead of the pot dropping down, it is catching on the edge of the machine.
But whatever i try i can not get the segments to align properly over the hole, to allow the pot to drop.
Ideas??
Thanks

Re: Help
have you checked you've got the right dimple ring? cut down the edge where it's catching?

Re: Help
There are different dimple rings?
I assume the dimple ring is the black ring at the bottom?
Which other dimple rings can you get??

Re: Help
I have had the same issue with a couple of sweet towers in the past. The machines were fairly old and the dimples on the machine bases were badly worn. I tried changing everything in duplicate with on luck, I then use all the same parts on a different base (with less worn dimples) everything worked like a charm. Could this be the case with your machine? Apart from changing the base (or at least the top half) I never found a solution. Trimming the edge as Mike suggested above sounds like it's worth a try though! Particularly if the base is as good as scrap anyway.
