think your gonna struggle Rich as everything is getting more expensive.
we have an economy sweet mix @ 6p per item, you could try a few of these in each pot, good lines for 6p.
Have some large 55mm glowballs ( bulk packed ) & other stuff coming through!
Disney Popping candy 25p, that would work!
cheers

I would push to 35p a pot all in if I could find a product that sells aswell as the maoms.

I did my own party mix for a while and they sold as good as the skittles or mini eggs.
I got fed up with the self packing lark in the end, though.
Stick to brand names is my advice, you will be surprised at how little you can get away with putting in there.
I used to put 1 small bag haribo, one small pick and mix like caramel, chomp bar or even a cadburys hero and a swizzles chew or mini love heart tube. Worked out about 16p + pot.

Small Haribo pack of sweets and a 43mm bouncy ball.
Comes in at 28p inc pot.
This is my biggest selling product I have ever sold.
Have got 2 lanes in many pubs/playbarns and always sold out.
Just change balls for different patterns every few months.
I also do different toys with haribo packs.
Finger torches/small ball
funny teeth/small ball
caterpillars
jumping frogs
All bought from midland vending.
I also do white choc JAZZLE packs. 15p per pack ex vat at hancocks.
