Yep as I understand it you will lose any you have anywhere in the country. Including Brmingham but Hurleys wont want to be filling machines up in Birmingham s they will outsource it. You could probably get it back, but probably not on as good terms. Unless Hurleys plans have changed.

All of us may lose sites but I dont think its really Hurleys nicking them, they have agreed a national contract so whilst you may lose 1 or 2 on your patch you may also gain 3 or 4 that you wouldnt have been able to get into otherwise.
Are they just borrowing them then

Anyone paying 35p commission should be placed in a padded cell

Maybe worth it for one of the new build family pubs but for the majority of the estate it's not feasible at all,

so whats the deal with this Marstons, is it worth doing?
I heard it was 30% to site and they keep all the money.
You have to invoice them for your 70% and wait 30 days for them to pay.
Hardly a bonanza for us poor old operators, me thinks!

so its 35%   :(
agree with the poster about padded cell, you would have to be pretty desperate to take a site on these terms.
Think I will just stick to local boozers knocking out 7 a week on 20%.
