Simon asked me to put it on here mate... i did not deal with your call and dont know what was said...

If you want to know why.. give simon a call tomorrow mate...

That's a pathetic excuse. Do you do everything Simon tells you ??? Aren't you able to think for yourself ? Obviously not. Simon must like to surround himself with Yes Men .

Hah , their newsletter says they are official importers of clenport machines to Ireland. Well so am I and it's no big deal. Clenport aren't giving sole import status to anyone . They deal direct with anyone who wants to pay them so what are they bragging about over at tubz vending. I import all the time from Clenport, big deal.... doesn't make me special.

Hi Noel,

At the end of the day I got to work to earn a living... If there are problems/issues with operators that need to be solved like the other acc managers i will do like wise..

If you disagree with anything mate, please feel free to take it up with the company bosses.

Unfortunately when it comes to having to make a decision outside of our parameters then yes we have to pass this through Simon & Frank, just like if it was my company i would act in the same way.

In no way what so ever have i or will i personally try to get on the wrong side of customers... that is not good business what so ever..

Please call Simon to ask as to why he felt that he wanted the e-mail to go up on the forum?

Sorry if it has offended you Noel that was not my intention... :friends:

its a shame your bosses dont think like this kris, when they tried to screw me over and cost me my best site out of spite, then tried going after rest of my sites.my sites told tubz vending where to go. silly mistake really because they underestimated the power of this forum. cost tubz vending a lot of customers and still is because the posts of what happened are there for them to read. I was returning to tubz vending but simons attitude put paid to that. he needs to take the time out to remove his head from a very dark place and actually realise we are the customers, tubz vending were on able to remove any sites from me because of my customer service and relationship with them...................................try it out, its good buisness practice. sweetfix get my buisness now, and will continue, not so much to do with prices, just the fact glenn is a genuine, hardworking, nice guy, oh and honest with no ********!

Hello Noel,

Please find our latest news letter attached. You should have received the price comparison earlier.

I apologise if our conversation earlier offended you as that was not my intention and i only commented on whether or not you were looking to order in jest. It has been a bit of a hectic week with my daughter being taken into hospital with a bad allergic reaction so sorry if i was not as upbeat as normal.

We try not to hassle you for orders as i know you respect your independence and as you have mentioned to me before you will always contact us when you are ready.

We are in light of the stiffened competition have tried to sharpen up our prices and offers to our customers and are always trying to give as good a customer service as possible.

I wish you all the best for the future Noel and feel free to call whenever as I’m always here to chat and i will make sure any personal issues don’t get me down.

Kind Regards

Simon Smith

what aload od fcukin bo llox, simon should realise how he needs to deal with ppl mate, if as noel had said he just asked if there was anythingt that he could do to helpout then i am sure (and i think i know noel well enough to say this) noel would have placed orders with him.. tubz vending excetp paul make me laugh they really do, just print your best prices and let everyone deciede who they want to use, i am so glad that i am out of all of this but i too have had a runin or two with simon and yep he always ythinks about what has been said over night and then does what what only asked of him in the end, he is going to take the tubz vending ship down with him, heres an idea for you simon, why dont you let Paul deal with ''problem''customers''as he knows how to deal with ppl, simon you dont and unless you learn there will be loads leaving tubz vending which is a massive shame as i think that they are the best on offer in this market place..we alll live and learn--i hope

More ********. You did not have to post it just cos Simon told you . If you thought your job was in jepordy then you should find a new job. Simon cocks up and insults people and you go round doing anything he asks , in order to fix his mistakes. I don't need to call Simon , you are the one that posted it . You say I should take it up with the company boss if I have a problem. Why didn't you give that answer to Simon when he told you do his asslicking for him.
