Snaky language issue

Post by Jon@Birchdalevending »

Hi all,

I wonder if any one can help me. I have recently acquired a snaky vending machine. However on startup the default language is Italian. I open the door put the operators key access tech menu and change it to English. Everything works fine in English. When I take the operating key out close door and wait for it to boot up it then returns to Italian. Can anybody help?? Thanks Jon

No doubt Matt will know but if not try N & W Techincal on Monday 01902 355000

They may be a bit 'off' as you have not bought it from them but persevere they will help

I know this is late but we tried the battery on the board and still no joy. Ended up replacing the board and the issue was solved. Thanks for your help. Jon
