Hi Nigel,

Truth is in this area i have not a clue what i should be doing.

Was asked by a site would i do it for them, as they have machines in there already but they havnt been serviced for over a year he was saying.

There are 2 big white machines in there at the min 10 column, he has asked me if i would take them away, clean them up and put new locks on them. I am unsure if i should do this, is it not theft?

I know i will need a dual column machine for them men, as that doesnt have anything in at all.

An easy one this!

Leave the ladies well alone no money to be made there!
Tell him to sort the ladies himself, he has to break into machines, if they are plastic self serve machines they are junk anyway.

You want a condom and Blue pill in the gents this will make the most money for the least hassle.
i have double column or two single columns at same price £160 + delivery, job done.

If he wants to put his own locks on ladies tell him to get them on eBay.
Do NOT get involved with anything to do with those plastic mcs in the ladies, you will saddle yourself with a whole load of hassle for no money.
I can 100% guarantee that, learn from my mistakes!!!

He said i am not allowed to put the pills in at all, and ifi want to keep my tower in there then i need to do all the toilets. The tower is doing about £30 per month.

Am i better taking itout before the situation escalates and gets me into a worse position?

It sounds like the landlord is trying to blackmail you?
Are you sure that is correct?
Forcing you to furnish his toilets with machines or he will kick you out is madness, he needs a good slap.
I would never do Business with an indivdual with this attitude!

I agree with Nigel, you are being twirled mate, is there any contact details on the machines? If not ask the landlord for them and ring the LAWFUL OWNER. Find it hard to believe that they would have left stock and money in there for a year

This landlord sounds like a right ****** and for £30 a month I would personally find a new site.

Someone was selling 5 PVM dual collumn machines for £60 a couple of weeks ago on ebay, they seem to come up a lot. I only have one machine selling **** rings and blue pills, big mistake and a waste of bloody time if you ask me

I went back today just to check, incase i was getting the wrong end of the stick. What he said today was, that he wanted the toilet machines working, as he is making no money having them there as they are never emptied or collected. And that he wants someone who can do all the vending, the sweets and toilets together, so he is only dealing with one person, so if i dont want to do the toilets then can i take my machine away.

I explained that surley it is better to have machine as at least heis getting something, and ringing a professional company who deal with them on a nationwide basis. He said no, i said no probs and got my machine.

There is a small minority of pub landlords who are either lazy and cant be arsed to deal with different ppl, or more than likely dont trust anyone because they think everyone is like them, dodgy and unscrupulous!!
In an ideal world every operator would provide every type of machine, but we dont live in an ideal world.
Your now "ex" customer is an A-r-s-e and I think you did the right thing pulling your tower.
