Any help on this would be appreciated,

i have an older style tower, 6 x 9 products. Which is not vending the product it won't vend, i have had a look and the bit where it vends from the first barrel rolls away fine, its the second bit which doesn't collect the tub and vend it which isn't working.

All help appreciated, cheers

Is it the hexagon type machine you have?
Is it misvending all products or just some?
Who you buy from?
Have you tried a few other machines and same problem.?

Hi Chris,

Do you mean that the barrel is not lifting the next tub up, when the one to be vended is in the barrel. If so, it could be segment allignment. Do you have a photo of it when it misvends, showing how the products are misvended.
