Hi Guys
Anyone out there still operate one of these treasures?
It was taking a small fortune in holiday camp year after year then got an ominus phone call yesterday to say it had jammed and smelt of burning , so they unplugged it!
Turns out a transisitor had cooked on the brd (Q1) so i replaced it (TIP102) all other trannies checked out fine on meter, yet motor still runs very slow and stops after 30 secs.
Anyone know how to test the 12v motor to see if that is at fault?
Any pointers most appreciated as would really like to keep this one running as it takes such good money!
Cheers
Nigel

Have you checked what voltage your getting at the motor Nigel? Could you not use a 12v transformer to power up the motor to test? also insulation test across windings on motor maybe to check for short?

Sorry no spares here but ask electrician mate to look it over for a few beer tokens. Company who made them went out of business I'm afraid.
