I have a clause in my site agreement which states that if a tower is removed or desposed of from a site without my consent then the site will be liable for a replacement.
Now I had one stolen and the site are reluctant to let me put another tower in. I would obviously rather keep the site and earn some money back but if they wont have one back I was thinking of trying to get them to pay. Any advice or experience of success of this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Simon.
Anyone successfully got a site to pay for a stolen machine?

what i have done in the past is drop the commission for 3 months to get your money back first.

Yes I have got them to pay up in the past, simply drop a bill in and then give them the option of having another machine to recoup if they are not happy about paying.

Thats a good ideaNational Vending wrote:Yes I have got them to pay up in the past, simply drop a bill in and then give them the option of having another machine to recoup if they are not happy about paying.
I just received a cheque from a large chain of pubs who shall remain nameless - I'll bet my bottom dollar it was the manager who flogged it on ebay
Anyway it turned out they never reported their "break in" to the police.
As soon as their legal department heard about it they wrote me a cheque for double the cost of the tower plus £81 for the money inside.
Me thinks they just wanted me to keep quiet

The pub is not replying to me at the moment. They are adamant they don't want another tower. I sent them one letter giving the option of a tower as the fair option for both of us. Next is the bill to see what type of response they give to that!
