Site Finding - Cold Calling in Person Vs Telesales

Post by JustCraig »

What are the pros and cons of the above?

The way I see it cold calling in person will give you a better conversion rate but time consuming where as getting on the phone means you can call many more venues in a much shorter space of time but I imagine you would get less sites/leads/appointments this way?

How do these franchise companies (i.e. tubz vending/Snack-a-can) get sites? Would I be right in assuming they are primarily Telesales?

Does anyone on here use telesales as a way of generating leads? Or are you all primarily cold callers?

Hi Craig. We do the telesales and it is going very well, especially when its along the Help For Heroes angle. Our customers only pay £10 for our site finding and its guaranteed in so far as if it doesnt go in, we replace it with another site/ lead FOC.
