I have a 3 L Wonder that is giving two products indiscriminately. I ran 50 quid through it yesterday and it only did it once. Does anyone know what may be wrong and how to fix it.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: 3l problem
it will because of the alignment of the hopper with the cogs of the coin mech. Make sure the hopper is exactly in the right position by turning it with your hand so that you have the hole perfectly above the drop position.

Hi Paul,
I'm always only a phone call away mate.
However from description of the problem, seems the forum has helped more than sufficiently.
Product size of what you're vending?

Thanks everyone.
In this scenario, would it still mis vend indiscriminately, or would you expect it to occurr every 3rd vend. ( 3 exit holes I think) It took about 20 vends before I got a double, then all were singles after that. When I got the double vend, the next one was blank. Can anyone explain this please. The site said 4 kids had received nothing, so according to the ratio, I have lost 4 capsules, but the hopper had gone down much more than usual and had fewer coins than I expected, so I think I have lost more. Hope this makes sense, as am rushing off for a hospital appt.
The product is Mini Malz Christian, so 65mm I believe.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: 3l problem
Mini Malz are 56mm capsules, so 2 shouldn't fit into the vending hole. If both horizontal springs are on the brush-housing, then the problem can only be a mis-alignment of the vending wheel.
If correctly aligned it shouldn't double vend.
Alignment is important on every vending machine, make sure the vending hole in the vending wheel is directly on top of the hole in the metal that holds the vending wheel. You can clearly see this when you open the front door.
However the springs must be checked, because a double vend due to alignment comes with a skipped vend or too much play in the 'empty coin mech' turn.
When you're at the machine, check the following:
2 horizontal springs on brushousing
alignment
do 20-30 vends
if a double vend still occurs, then note if the 2 capsules came from the same vending hole (you'll notice this by turning the coin mech slowly). However I've never had this problem with mini malz size capsule on a 65mm 3L vend. Or if the 2 capsules came from 2 different vending hole.
Also check the machine with very little stock, maybe 10 capsules to 'see' how the system works from the window.
call me if you're still experiencing problems.
