NECTA SNACKY RY - CARD READER COMMUNICATION PROBLEM

Hello !

I am new and having some trouble by adding the cashless card reader Ingenico SELF2000 to my NECTA Snacky RY using a Currenza C2 coin acceptor, it successfully comunicate with the bank and internet but it cannot communicate with the vending machine or the coin acceptor when it is plug to it, and if I choose a product, no price payment is sending to the card reader,

-it keep saying "please choose a product" when I plug the card reader to the MDB plug of the coin acceptor whatever I do even if I setup the coin acceptor to accept card reader trought MDB

-if I plug the card reader directly to the 6pinn MDB plug socket of the vending machine main board (J12), It only powerup the card reader that only display "COMMUNICATION IMPOSSIBLE", I tried to plug the coin acceptor to this MDB vending main board to test, but it cannot communicate also, even if I choose "MDB" protocole for coin acceptor on the vending setup, I don't know what is this MDB socket for, or if it need an update to work

-The setup is the following: The currenza C2 is plug to a 9pinn plug of the main board named J13 and working perfectly, the vending machine is set to "EXECUTIVE" communication protocole to communicate with the coin acceptor, and attached to this coin acceptor comes 1 MDB cable (maybe for full MDB vending main board direct plug), and 1 MDB "Periphery" plug (when I plug the card reader to this one it start and don't display "COMMUNICATION IMPOSSIBLE" but I get stuck to the message "Please choose a product" even if I choose a product nothing appen)

Do you have any idea of what is going on , what are those connector , please ?

Hello, thank you for your reply, I already tried to change coin mech type from EXECUTIVE to MDB/validator/DBV etc.. As soon as it is not in EXECUTIVE mode, the coin mech display "No communication from automate" or "no response from automate", no matter if I plug the coin mech into the 9pinn or 6 pinn MDB when its not in EXECUTIVE Mode

Any Ideas ?

I partially find a solution in the technical notice: in addition to set cash parameter from EXECUTIVE to MDB mode, there is 4 dip-switches to switch ON for MDB to work
the ingenico now communicate directly to the mother board, but still stuck to the message "Please choose a product" maybe technician from ingenico can help me setup or resolve this

Connect the mdb plug, switch the dip switches on board to opposite side change to ndb. Job done
