The amount of large rounds coming up for sale is starting to become alarming!

Is this a case of the market having a not so rosy future?

Is the impending coin change a possible reason?

Is the margins becoming too small?

Are the towers going to be empty in 5 years?

That is an almighty round for sale - possibly 2k/3k/4k in size.

And Sittingbourne as well! Sending out the wrong signals :nono:

This can't be tubz vending' business for sale! I would have thought there business would be worth a lot more than that?

Read the description , they are selling a business which sells franchises. It's not an operator

Not many round sittingbourne way last time I checked that sell franchises.

If this is a wind-up or other, it is in very bad taste!

They're probably selling as the markets become saturated. Whilst they didn't give much of a toss about their doubling up on new sites when setting up new franchisees my thinking is that even that's becoming more difficult. Pub closures, coupled with difficulty finding decent sites means tougher finding unsuspecting people to release their hard earned to set up their sweept franchise. Also as the tubz vending brand/business is now mature and well developed, it's probably at the top of its market value so time to cash their chips.
