Pots jamming help

Post by Tommyc9494 »

Hi all I seem to be getting an awful lot of pot jams atm. I think the main culprits are the Kit Maquinas pots that hurleys/eg sweets have been sending out occasionally there the ones with numbers stamped on the bottom.

I read somewhere that turning the pots upside down fixes the problem but for me it has only reduced the frequency in which they are jamming. So is there anything else anyone can think of that might be causing this problem or how to fix it.

Thanks Tom

I had some of those pots. I found that my towers could handle 6 or 7 upside down. If I went to or 9 they would jam.

not had any issues with pots upside down wether 9 high or 7, could be machines not lining up properly so would try replacing plastic ring, main quetion is why have eg sweets still got these? Liam assured me it was last few boxes paul had back in october 2019. he had to strip my order down back then and take all the maquinas out as i refused to have them, mainly because the pot in machine would just look wrong upside down with labels and also would highlight just how little quantity of sweets in pot.
putting new order in soon so will be making sure i dont recieve any maquinas.

Hes nott sending them out Ade. Ive had two pallets from Liam since October. The pots were all his new ones which are fantastic. Much better than the old Hurleys ones and much better than the tubz vending ones.

I spoke to him yesterday Ade. His own tooling is up and running now so there should be plenty of pots available very soon if you want to buy them.
