Quiet on here

Post by Style »

Quiet on here lately.

Hows business?

I seem to have lost loads of rubbish sites this year but picked up a few good site and a couple of fantastic sites. Meaning im working less for about the same amount of money. Makes me want to get rid of my crap, just need another 1/2 dozen great sites and I could just do my top 20 and get rid of 180.

Any tips?

I do think thats only a problem if you want it to be Richard. Try to focus on other things, ie Pringles, Toys, upselling. As site with 3 machines in can mean the owners will get decent commissions. If you hare handing over a decent wedge of cash then the environment sadly suddenly loses its importance.

What's the thinking behind that then, so you hand over more cash in commission at once? The type of sites I have I always remove the money because I don't know if the machine's going to be there next week

Also I match the cash to the products gone so I can identify any issues quickly. I use a spreadsheet to keep track of sales in each site, always good to hear how other people do things....

Hi Andy,

Nice to hear your business gravitating towards the more profitable sites. I loose more crap sites than good ones too, hopefully moving in a simular direction.
