I hope this image works this is what we have we did test the machine with 3inch capsules when we bought it but we just couldn't find the larger capsules right now

I don't think so. Which spring would I be missing? I tired pulling the little pin and moving the plate to make the hole smaller but I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if my capsules are too small.

We just got a Tomy and are trying to figure out a few things! What size capsules can it take? We grabbed some 2" (because we couldn't find bigger at the time) capsules but they are just falling through the hole. Are they just too small? please help!
